I had the privelege to be listening to this call live yesterday and wanted to tell you this is one of the best calls you have ever conducted. In fact, this last series of calls the past few days have clearly demonstrated your passion to serve others. And, in the process, give away more valuable content that the other “hypester-hucksters” (you know who you are) would try to charge thousands of dollars for. This is some of your best work in the past thirty years.
Note: the RAMM formula Mitch discussed is priceless and should not be taken for granted – no one else teaches this.
Key points and takeaways from this call:
1. Everyone should listen or re-listen to the role plays and case studies you did with Jared. In the first one, the power of quantifying time and results as part of the USP or USA is not to be missed.
In the second one, notice how Mitch asks questions of Jared to qualify him, and in the process, help him determine direction. Jared makes a decision and $$$ don’t even enter into the equation. Of equal importance, Mitch keeps asking questions which keep him (Mitch) from talking about himself or product.
If you ever want to become a good listener, stop talking and start asking questions of your prospect and/or customer!
2. Regarding “disturbing” a prospect when they have another supplier and tell you they are happy – Complement the prospect that they have chosen well with their current supplier; then ask “If there was one thing they (the supplier) could do better, what would that be?”
Realize no one is 100% satisfied with the service they receive (even when WE are the supplier). So, make sure you go back and ask the questions of your customers too – “Why do you buy from us?” and “what one thing can we do better?”
